IT security is stronger than ever thanks to state-of-the-art
security concepts
IT security was never better than in 2023. That is nothing new to you if you already benefit from the most modern security concepts for your networks. If not, here is a short summary of what changed:
In 2023, KAEMI was able to decisively improve the network security of our business partners through the use of Zero Trust concepts.
No connection attempt is trusted naively. Requiring every user to be identified, combined with clear rules for sharing data, massively increases your connection and data security.
Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) has changed corporate network security, and with it our approach to ensuring secure access to business applications.
Taken together, these advances mean our partners' companies are better protected against attacks than ever before.
The so-called "Rapid Reset" incident this past year proved that clearly.
Fast & effective action against the DDoS attack that made the rounds in the media
Numerous media outlets reported on the so-called "Rapid Reset" incident. Countless corporate networks in the DACH region were paralyzed by thousands of requests per second, and websites were overloaded.
Our partner Cloudflare quickly found a way to close the vulnerability in the HTTP2 protocol responsible for it.
"Rapid Reset" was meant to make servers unreachable through a massive flood of requests, but after an intervention of just 30 minutes by our team, combined with Cloudflare's solutions, our customers were on the safe side.
