The spectrum of successfully delivered projects ranges from industrial site connectivity for large enterprise environments to pragmatic solutions for mid-sized companies and agencies. This breadth shapes how we work: we know from our own experience what digitalization actually means for a company – from the investment required and process organization to the question of which technology truly proves itself in day-to-day operations.

At KAEMI, leadership means staying close to operations. Those who make decisions here know their customers' environments first-hand – decision paths are short, and the line to top management is direct. For customers this means: architecture questions, escalations and strategic decisions don't disappear into an anonymous hierarchy, but land with people who take personal responsibility for the project.

The team is supported by the consultants of Consultpool GmbH & Co. KG, a nationally successful IT consulting firm that primarily advises DAX-listed companies and provides KAEMI with additional consulting capacity and deep specialist knowledge. Enterprise experience thus flows directly into every project – regardless of the customer's company size.

Sven Launspach

CEO & Technology Evangelist

Sven Launspach is fascinated by efficient technologies. He examines every technology that comes to market for its applicability: Which problem exactly does it solve? Can customers work with it pragmatically?

These are the core questions that have driven him since his youth. As a junior consultant, he already saved Lufthansa millions of euros in operating costs with a digitalization project.

As a management consultant for clients with the highest standards, he progressively developed modular solutions for recurring problems. This allowed him to draw on proven, thoroughly tested solutions for every new task – achieving greater efficiency and security for his clients.

Sven Launspach is also managing director of Consultpool GmbH & Co. KG, which provides high-skill consulting primarily for DAX-listed companies and makes additional consulting capacity available to KAEMI.

Guido Schmitz

CTO & Senior Network Engineer

Guido Schmitz brings almost 20 years of experience in service provider and enterprise networking and security. He has, for example, advanced and secured the networks of a major European telecommunications provider and helped an EU agency connect digitally with its field offices. At KAEMI, his focus is on the security of IT networks.

Samir T. Omar

CMO, Head of Communications & Data Protection Officer

Samir T. Omar studied marketing and communications in Cologne and then devoted himself to Berlin’s cultural scene as a PR consultant. He has worked as an event organizer and supported media monitoring at Germany’s largest media monitoring agency.

At KAEMI, the communications expert steers marketing and PR. He also takes care of business organization and watches over data protection.
